How to Export an Outlook PST file.

* Open Outlook

* Go to File > Import/Export Data

* Click on Export to File > Next

* Select Personal File folder (.pst)

* Select Personal Folders

* Select a location and name for the backup file.

You hve now backed up all of your Outlook information.
